Michael was outstanding! When we first met to talk about selling my Dads house I told him what I would like to price the house. He explained the whole process and what it should be listed price should be to attract potential buyers he was right on. as soon as he listed there was much interest two offers before the open house which was on Saturday house went on market Wednesday we sold on on Saturday and he got us more then listed
